We bought a 3 piece suite from a well known furniture Company, within days there was sagging in the seating.
After a long dispute with the company, we asked Diamond who is well qualified, to do a report for us.
Eventually it was a court case by telephone, Diamond attended the call and gave his expertise on our furniture, our case was won thanks to Diamond and expect a full refund.
We are very grateful to Diamond and could not have done this without him.

Had an oak table restored by Diamond Restoration. table looks like new and it's gorgeous. very professional service at reasonable price. great communication, hassle free collection and quick turnaround. Would recommend to anyone.

Our 35 year old Danish light oak table looked like a new table following restoration by Diamond Restoration.

This guy is one of those rare sincerely nice people that just wants to help.
With 2 sofas that are pooling within 4 months of light use, I contacted Marks and spencer who refused to acknowledge the problem.
The ombudsman were useless and FIRA (who have zero qualifications to inspect furniture it appears) who Marks and Spencer send out (to look like they are being proactive) .... I called this chap for advice and to come out and write an independent report on my sofas (this seems to be a pattern the ombudsman’s insist you do to move forward ...putting people off taking the complaint further as it’s £200 to get a report)
After a very lengthy insightful chat
I went back to Marks and Spencer and questioned the qualifications of the FIRA technician, and got a call 24hrs later saying Marks and Spencer are collecting my faulty sofas. This guy know his stuff and goes above and beyond to help..

He was absolutely brilliant he came and inspected our suite and saw that it was multicoloured and sagging at one side sent the report off to the ombudsmen and we have been informed we can have a full refund witch was excellent news
Furniture report
I couldn’t recommend Mr Munoz enough. He went above and beyond to help me. I contacted Mr Munoz for a furniture report to see if I had a case against a furniture shop. After receiving his report I was in a better position to negotiate and ultimately I took the case to the small claims court. Mr Munoz supported me throughout the whole process by giving me invaluable advice and I won the case. Very highly recommended

A great restoration experience...REAL VFM - Value For Money!
Diamond is a jewel amongst skilled furniture restorers.
I discovered him by a search on YELL.com with hopes of restoring a small stool, a school piece made by my Father at school (He died nearly two years ago at 92)
He is skilful, eloquent and friendly...he put himself out for me and completed a significantly good repair.
I have no hesitation in recommending him if you have a piece to improve!!

We needed an independent expert report to pursue our case having been told by two furniture technicians that the problem with an expensive 13-month old sofa was wear and tear.
We approached Diamond Restorations who visited promptly and told us that the sofa was not fit for purpose and was badly made.
His valuable report enabled us to recover our money in full.
Excellent job. Would highly recommend.

furniture report
I was in a dispute with a major catalogue store. I purchased a leather armchair and sofa. The arm of the armchair caved in within 6 months, they sent round their own inspectors to check the furniture and stated it was not a manufacturers fault, therefore not entitled to a refund or repair. I contacted Diamond Munoz, he was really helpful and very knowledgeable, he commissioned a detailed report which was forwarded onto the catalogue company. Within a week I had a refund for the furniture report and the armchair and sofa have been taken back and the full amount refunded. I am certain that without the help of Diamond I would not have had this result. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Diamond for all your hard work.
Furniture Report
I was in dispute with a leading furniture retailer over a faulty sofa, the retailer would not accept that the sofa was faulty, so I commissioned Diamond Restoration to do an independent report on the sofa. The report was damming and confirmed that the sofa was faulty. Having sent them Diamonds report the retailer had no option but to accept that the sofa was faulty and have now carried out the necessary repairs. I am convinced that without Diamonds report and his further help we would not have been successful in our compliant.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Diamond and would just like to thank him for all he has done.

Mr Munoz came out to do a furniture report on a suite that was of unsatisfactory condition, the report was to claim the full amount of money back from the bank, as the manufacturers refuse to pick up the suite.
The report was very accurate and stated that it was not fit for purpose. We have now got a full refund from the bank and are very happy with Mr Munoz services.

Independent furniture report - very helpful and knowledgeable

Mr Munoz is very aware that when customers have complaints about furniture purchases, it is difficult to get an unbiased opinion. Even the firm (FIRA) used by the Furniture Ombudsman to do reports, states that its aim is to reduce company costs arising from customer complaints and that replacement is a last resort. He is one of a few people who will really give you an unbiased report. In my case he was able to say that my mattress had been damaged badly in transit and he was about to write my report, when the company gave in and decided to replace my mattress. Mr Munoz was helpful, sympathetic and responded to my queries promptly. He seems very well-qualified.
